Contract Manufacturing

Through business partners, A3 can assist you with printed circuit board assembly, flex circuit assembly, precision tooling, injection molding, final assembly, package design and testing, global procurement, materials management, order fulfillment, distribution and much more.

Front End Logistics / Hot Spares Program
A3 can build a Hot Spare program to enable our clients to better manage their product deployments. By keeping an inventory of our client's specific products, A3 can quickly send out initial units to a new facility or replace defective units in the field, upgrade software, manage repairs, and coordinate all necessary paperwork to insure smooth business operations.

Help Desk / Technical Support
Some of our clients require the presence of a Help Desk to assist their workers when needed. A3 can quickly set up a customer specific Help Desk answering all product related questions, application program questions, as well as assist the users if there appears to be a system issue.

 

Repair Interface
When products in the field need to be serviced, A3 Technologies can be the point-man for all repairs. The client can send the defective device to A3 and A3 will forward the device to the appropriate authorized service center. Then A3 will follow up on all correspondence necessary to complete the repair cycle and return the device to the client, preloaded with the appropriate application software - ready to go .
